**Job description**
- Performs nursing care tasks and activities as per professional values and
moral principles so confidentiality can be maintained properly.
- Acts as a team leader and ensures good staff performances within the
scope of their professional responsibility.
- Ensures and implements nursing care for patients and relatives based on
individuality, cultural, abilities and choices.
- Assesses and prioritizes patients’ needs and conducts tasks delegation as
per nursing care aspects within the scope of professional responsibility.
- Conducts assessment of quality and supports safety programs as a part of
patient care.
- Maintains and ensures good and positive communication, collaboration and
coordination among members of nursing team for accurate information.
- Performs assessment of patient care needs and participates in the
development, implementation and evaluation of related programms and
activities to ensure high quality and standard of care.
- Acts as resource for the nursing team members and ensures needs
assessment of patients, and family or relative are well-documented and
completed.
- Works jointly with nursing staff members and supervises care for patients with effective evaluation on maintenance of high standards of care.
- Ensures documentation of patient’s condition with a high professionalism
aligned with guidance, policies, procedures and standards.
- Promotes effective communication, coordination and collaboration with
patients and families or relatives including other members of community
teams.
- Facilitates and attends meetings, conferences and sessions whenever
required and as necessary.
- Works with patients and families or relatives to facilitate and enable
development of advanced care plans.
- Supervises all matters, situations and working environment with the safe
use and management of drugs or medications.
- Demonstrates and maintains good cooperation, and coordination with
respect among nursing and healthcare team members to provide excellent
services to patients.
- Identifies, and reports potential issues, problems, negative situations with
nursing staff members, patients, visitors, physicians, etc. to prevent any
adverse or problematic occurrences.
- Updates Senior Nurse 2 and Head Nurse on all relevant problems and
issues to optimize management process continuation.
- Assists and liaises with nursing staff members and physicians while
coordinating emergencies to ensure care of patient at all times and
situations.
- Shares managerial and administration duties assigned and ensures uninterrupted unit management at all times and situations.
- Supervises inventory and stocks and ensures pharmacy and consumable
items are charged properly.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
