We are looking to hire a **Project Manager - MS Dynamics 365 **with experience in managing MS Dynamics 365 implementation. You will join the team and be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the implementation for our client -is a leading semi-government organization in Dubai, UAE.

This is a permanent role with our client a leading semi-government organization in Dubai, UAE.

The role sits within the **Platforms & Digital **department and reports directly to the **Director.**

In this role, you will work directly with our client and collaborate with developers to define the project scope and objectives, identify, and manage the resources needed to meet those objectives, and accurately budget and track expenditures to deliver an on-time solution. You will have excellent communication skills, and the innate ability to rally those around you to achieve a common goal. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and follow up with clients will ensure continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements, and specifications for solutions
- Manage the MS Dynamics 365 implementation across the organization and its subsidiaries
- Work with business and operational stakeholders to understand the domain, and define problem context to gather and document business requirements as BRDs/ Product Backlog Items/ User Stories
- Ability to facilitate product requirements employing a design thinking approach
- Ability to depict the solutions / visual prototypes using wireframes
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a cross-functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Identify and resolve project issues and prepare project status reports
- Coordination of change requests
- Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of the system
- Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables
- Conduct post-project evaluation
- Review customers’ business processes - provide solid analysis, assess solutions, and advise on how to best meet their goals
- Environment and release management

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in managing large ERP implementation projects with 3+ in **MS Dynamics.**:

- Experience in building and delivering channels to customers
- Should have experience in **MS Power Platform** (Power BI, Power Apps etc.)
- Should have experience in creating **wireframes **(exposure to UX design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, and XD will have an advantage)
- Previous experience in the **Real Estate domain** and understanding of leasing will be an advantage
- Experience in **implementing APIs to integrate PowerApps **products into external systems
- Experience of working in an environment where agile development and DevOps are used to release new product features ,enhance and stabilize products.
- Ability to work with third-party vendor resources for accomplishing project tasks
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication
