** Must Have Fit out Experience**

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of fitout projects, including coordination of subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, and implement measures to address any delays or challenges.
- Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure proper interpretation and implementation of design intent.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to guide construction activities.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on the construction site.
- Enforce and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations and implementing proper safety procedures and practices.
- Monitor and track project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment usage, and report any deviations from the budget.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and incident reports.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fitout projects or a related field 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of fitout construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveries.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
