**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Keeper**
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receipts, usage, and stock levels.
- Ensure timely and efficient supply of materials to various departments and project sites.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Ensure the safe storage of materials and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders for replenishment of stock.
- Overseeing and/or exercising general control over all the tools and activities of the store
- Inspecting the construction site and ensuring that all tools and/or equipment are complete and in good shape
- Answering questions regarding procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply.
- Knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
**Document Controller/Authority Coordinator**
- Organize and control all project-related documents, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related documents in both physical and electronic formats.
- Maintain document control registers and ensure documents are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding document control and storage.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Should have very good experience on preparing of time sheet, material order, plant management
- Establish a Distribution Matrix for allocating controlled copies of documents as necessary to Company staff or Organizations (Client, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, etc.)
- Co-ordination and control of incoming and outgoing Engineering Documentation, QC Documentation (Inspection Records), Suppliers Documentation, Subcontractors Documentation with Client/Contractor as well as internal review approval of Subcontractors documentation.
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Create templates for future use
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. additional certifications in inventory management or document control are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry in UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
**Salary -** Depends on experience
