Key Responsibilities:
**Solution Implementation**: Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of the SAP ARIBA Procurement solution. This includes requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
**Customization**: Tailor the SAP ARIBA Procurement solution to meet the specific business needs of clients. Configure system settings, workflows, approval processes, and integration points with other systems.
**Supplier Enablement**: Collaborate with suppliers to onboard them onto the ARIBA network, enabling electronic procurement processes, electronic invoicing, and catalog integration.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, finance, and legal, to ensure the successful integration of the SAP ARIBA solution into existing business processes.
**Training and Support**: Provide training sessions and user support to ensure that stakeholders are proficient in using the SAP ARIBA Procurement solution effectively.
**System Upgrades and Enhancements**: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ARIBA features and releases. Implement system upgrades and enhancements as necessary to keep the solution current and aligned with best practices.
**Data Analysis**: Leverage SAP ARIBA's reporting and analytics capabilities to generate insights and recommendations for improving procurement processes, cost savings, and supplier performance.
**Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, configuration details, user guides, and training materials.
**Best Practices**: Advise clients on best practices in procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and procurement technology utilization.
**Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as an SAP ARIBA Procurement Consultant or in a similar procurement technology implementation role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, sourcing, procurement analytics, and electronic procurement.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP ARIBA Procurement modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Performance, and Catalog Management.
- Experience with integration between SAP ARIBA and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Certification in SAP ARIBA Procurement or relevant SAP certifications is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
