**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of architecture, interior designs, landscapes, and other visual concepts.
- Develop photorealistic visualizations using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure the design intent is accurately represented in visual outputs.
- Produce animations, walkthroughs, and VR experiences to aid in presentations and client approvals.
- Edit and enhance 3D renderings using post-production software like Adobe Photoshop.
- Ensure proper lighting, texture mapping, and shading in models to create realistic and appealing visuals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all visualization outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in 3D design and visualization.
- Present and communicate ideas effectively to clients and internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, rendering, and animation skills.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or Maya.
- Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent eye for detail, composition, color, and lighting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
- Knowledge of video editing software for creating presentations and walkthroughs.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, interiors, and landscape design principles.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in 3D visualization.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
