**Executive secretary Cum admin**
- answer telephone and direct calls
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- managing staff attendance
- schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary
- Office maintenance arrangements - maintain office stationeries and consumables
- Generally providing administrative support to all departments as and when required
- Performs other related duties as assigned by seniors from time to time

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years relevant experience
- College Graduate with pleasing personality
- Excellent grammar and communication skills (both verbal and written) to prepare concise, accurate written narratives as well as oral presentations
- Proficient in MS Office Applications i.e. Word & Excel, knowledge in PowerPoint is a plus
- Trustworthy, strong efficient and punctuality
- Ability to deal and communicate at all levels
- Good organizational skills
- Maintains confidentiality at all levels.
