As an NCLEX License Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans based on individual patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document patient progress in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning, ensuring patients and families understand their care plan and are equipped for post-hospitalization care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with infection control policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- NCLEX Passer with NCKEX Certificate
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
