**Responsibilities**:
Accounting:

- Maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and process financial documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursement forms.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Collaborate with external accountants during audit periods and tax filings.
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review.

Office Administration:

- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, receiving visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage the office calendar.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees.
- Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and onboarding paperwork.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in both accounting and office administration roles. Freshers can also be applied.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience
- 1-2 years UAE experience is preferred.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
