We are seeking a knowledgeable and accountable who can offer timely, well-organized, and individualized secretarial and administrative support. You will collaborate with the manager on a range of duties pertaining to his business and correspondence. Setting up different appointments, keeping track of tasks that the manager delegated to others, and organizing various things.

You won't be required to travel

Tasks and Accountabilities:
Administrative Support: Offering the executive full-service administrative support, which includes handling their calendar, setting up meetings, making appointments, and organizing travel.

Organizing and arranging conferences, meetings, and other events is known as meeting coordination. creating agendas, recording minutes, and sending them to the appropriate parties. coordinating the practicalities, including catering, audio-visual equipment setup, and meeting room reservations.

Information management is the process of keeping track of and arranging papers and other data, both digital and analog. establishing and managing databases, filing systems, and documentation. guaranteeing the confidentiality and ease of retrieval of sensitive data.

Relationship management is the process of creating and preserving strong bonds with both internal and external stakeholders, such as partners in business and clients. acting as a point of contact for the executive's team, departments, and outside contacts.

Research and Analysis: carrying out investigations, compiling information, and creating reports or synopses for the executive's perusal. supplying perceptive analysis and suggestions to aid in the making of decisions.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Keeping sensitive and private information under strict confidentiality and using caution when handling it. maintaining integrity and ethics in the workplace.

Office Management: Keeping an eye on how the executive's office runs smoothly. managing and placing orders for office supplies, keeping up with equipment, and liaising with IT support when necessary.
Other Tasks: Performing ad hoc projects and other tasks as delegated by the executive. supplying the executive team with general administrative support as required

Five years minimum of verified experience working as a secretary
- Proficiency in office administration protocols and guidelines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and English
- Excellent planning and scheduling abilities
- Current with the newest office technology and software
- Capacity to prioritize and multitask daily tasks
- Proficient in both written and oral communication
- Self-control and privacy

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
