Production Supervisor

**Job Summery**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the metal fabrication process, overseeing tasks such as cutting, welding, and assembling Mild Steel and Stainless Steel components. This includes supervising a team of fabrication professionals, including welders, fabricators, and fitters.
- Plan and prioritize work orders to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and adjust schedules to meet project deadlines and production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and provide feedback and training to team members as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the fabrication process.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Prepare reports on production activities, including work-in-progress, completed projects, and any issues or challenges encountered.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the procurement of materials, factory consumables, and related supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to support production operations.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in metal fabrication or a related field, with at least 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on Mild Steel and Stainless Steel materials.
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, including welding, cutting, bending, and finishing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Aluminum Fabrication: 5 years (preferred)
