Demonstrating expert knowledge of established program curriculum according to standards

Excellent physical fitness and a knowledge of safe group fitness practices and current health and wellness information

Conducting group Zumba classes

Referring members to additional programs and services

Maintaining class attendance records

Communicating center information to participating members and non-members

Constructs a weekly or monthly educational lesson plan while following our signature format

Providing a safe and effective group exercise program in a physiologically sound format that takes into consideration the individual needs and limitations of participants

Utilizing music, choreography, and voice projection to dynamically motivate and lead clients in physical activity

Remaining current in the industry and certification through self-study of current research, trends, and methods of instruction
