**About us**

SCT Chemicals Trading fze was founded in 2019. Immediately was started the blending plant of lubricants. The plant is one of the newest and most modern in the region. Design capacity of up to 160 KMT per year. The laboratory has modern testing equipment as per the latest international standards for testing raw materials and finished products, and is being added to regularly to cater to our growing R&D.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Have routing and switching, subnetting/super-netting abilities
- Know how to create and troubleshoot Access Control Lists and firewalls
- Have extensive knowledge in XDR/EDR solutions and monitor software and OS logs
- Have extensive cyber-security background
- Be well versed in Windows Servers, Linux/Unix servers, high-performance computing
- Be able to provide hardware recommendations for various computing environments including clusters and standalone systems
- Be able to diagnose software issues, identify incompatibility and trace issues that could be anywhere inside a network or a system
- Have project management skills; an ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects and support requests at the same time
- Have Windows and Linux hardening and patch management skills
- Support internal and external stakeholders remotely and at times in person as required by the organization
- Be able to conduct internal audits, make reports and actionable items to address and offer solutions to the management for approval
- Work with vendors to complete projects as required
- Have experience in planning IT projects, rollouts, rollbacks and service delivery
- Provide technical support to Ansys customers on installation and licensing queries with the help of the technical team
- Knowledge of High-performance computing (HPC) & its deployment.
- Have sound policy and framework knowledge - ISO 27001 /NIST 800-53
- Be able to write, amend and change IT policies effectively and should be able to implement and ensure management buy-in
- Train staff regularly regarding cyber-security incidences and their prevention
- Be able to work with Application Engineers and their support tickets (customer facing) and should be available as needed

**Minimum Qualification and Experience**
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in core IT technologies working with small to medium companies managing the IT, such as Unix, Windows, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, or Security
- Minimum of 3 years of Linux system administration experience
- Experience installing and configuring Linux workstations and servers, especially Some major Linux distributions, Redhat, Suse, CentOS
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, and understanding multi-country, region culture environment
