To ensure and prepare roadmap for the smooth movement of traffic throughout the site or location, and to direct vehicles towards their allocated areas and/or parking areas, ensuring in both cases maximize the space available
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing to work of subordinate employees
- Monitor staff activity for performance and efficiency, identify training needs and ensure training is well planned and delivered in an optimal way
- Formulate current and long range programs, plans and policies for departmental programs
- Assess existing policies and procedures and improve them when necessary
- Ensure proper labor relations and conditions of employment according to the client contract are maintained
- Oversee facilities planning and custodial operations as well as coordinate company’s supportive services, such as mail distribution, recordkeeping or other office support services
- To outline the traffic moving freely in any location assigned, and park the vehicle as tidily as possible
- To outline road map for client in order to make smooth and free flow of traffic in all assigned locations of clients
- To maintain and keep abreast to the Traffic Marshalls about the Arrangement of the taxi and shuttle drop off/pickup way without accidents

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Traffic Marshall in Car Park: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (also Urdu will be preferred) (required)
