**Responsibilities**:
Powder coating process to ensure high-quality finishes.

Manage and maintain powder coating lines and equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the coating process.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Train and supervise team members in powder coating techniques.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Powder Coating Supervisor or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
