Nature for Environmental and Agricultural Solutions L.L.C is a national service company specializing in planting and maintaining mangrove trees and reserves, managing projects related to mangrove forests, and providing specialized consultations in this field. Our mission is to support environmental sustainability through innovative solutions that protect and enhance mangrove ecosystems.

**Position Summary**

The IT Manager will oversee all technology-related aspects of the company, ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure align with our business goals. This role involves managing IT projects, supporting staff with technology needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The IT Manager will play a key role in maintaining our digital assets, ensuring data security, and supporting our mission of environmental sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **IT Strategy and Management**:
Develop and implement the company's IT strategy to support business objectives, ensuring the effective use of technology across all departments.
- **Infrastructure Management**:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
- **Support and Training**:

- **Cybersecurity**:
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and protocols to safeguard sensitive data and maintain the integrity of IT systems.
- **Project Management**:
Manage IT projects, including system upgrades and installations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Vendor Management**:
Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of services rendered.
- **Data Management**:
Oversee data management practices, including backup, recovery, and data integrity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Budgeting and Cost Management**:
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational goals.

**Required Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with project management and vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Familiarity with environmental or agricultural technology solutions is a plus.

**Benefits**:
Pay: AED 7,000.00 to AED 9,000.00 per month

Housing: Provided

Food Allowance: Access to the staff canteen

Transportation: Company-provided transportation to and from the workplace

Health Insurance: Covered by Daman
