**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line medical care for injuries and illnesses in a dynamic on-site clinic setting.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as per established protocols and physician orders.
- Manage and maintain accurate medical records of patients using electronic health systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement treatment plans.
- Educate and advise workers on health and safety practices, promoting preventative measures and well-being.
- Respond to emergencies efficiently and calmly, providing immediate first aid and coordinating further medical assistance when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and sterile clinic environment, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and patient-centred care.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid DOH license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in medical terminology and electronic health systems.

License/Certification:

- DOH

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
