**About the role**

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing and PR Manager to join our team. This is a newly created role where you will lead the marketing department covering the following markets: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Israel, Egypt, India, South Africa, Morocco, Oman, Turkey, Jordan, and Lebanon (starting 2025).

Working directly with the regional marketing & PR head and in alignment with the head of the markets, the role requirements include all areas of marketing activities conducted by the Lotus Cars regional team focusing on the MEAI markets listed above. Marketing activities comprise of holding events, ATL advertising, social media activations, digital marketing, local content creation etc.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support in the creation & execution of the yearly plan for all marketing & PR activities for Lotus in the MEAI markets.
- Assist in Creating/Maintaining a synergetic relationship with our dealers across MEAI. Responsible for Validating dealer plans, providing feedback, and leading nationwide marketing activities.
- Act as brand advisor and custodians to safeguard global guidelines for all marketing activities conducted in the region. Train dealers on usage of internal marketing systems and portals.
- Build a strong relationship with the media outlets and journalists. Enhance the local earned media exposure for Lotus.
- Plan and execute all types of events (Including car launches, showroom events, VIP events, media drives, motorsports activations). Planning encompasses different level of details (from concept creation down to logistics and execution).
- Test the configurator, website, and overall digital experience and feedback to the global team for improvements.
- Utilize global Lotus Cars brand tie ups based on a thorough understanding of benefits entitled in the partnership and best practice to provide added value to the Lotus brand.
- Utilise the upcoming Sales Force CRM platform to segment, capture and use data for performance and prospecting purposes - train, push and reward dealers to grow their own SF usage capabilities.
- Support the department head by processing and tracking all departmental expenditure, including raising project summaries before each event, purchase orders and payment requisitions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Management and oversight on utilization of Lotus cars’ social media pages and presence in MEAI markets. Structure a long-term plan to build and grow the brand’s pages with the local audiences.
- Overview and coach dealers on digital best practices.
- Responsible for executing media planning activities across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in establishing processes with the agencies on reporting and ROI measurement for business optimization.
- Setting KPI targets for all marketing PR activities to hit sales targets. Generating new leads to fill KPI targets and access to new prospects in new segments.**General requirements**:

- BA/BS Degree. Post graduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in MEAI markets.
- Experience in a marketing function preferably Automotive
- Experience in events, digital marketing, and social media/content creation.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-driven by passion to the career and industry
- Attentive to details and driven to perfect all aspects of work involved in
- People oriented, able to establish positive relationship with work peers based on mutual respect and common goals.
- Clear communicator internally and to external partners and stakeholders.
- Flexible to travel on frequent business trips.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, will follow company policy and procedures.
