Incharge - Extrusion

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the extrusion department, including operators and technicians.
- Ensure smooth operation of extrusion lines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain quality standards and implement quality control measures.
- Optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency and output.
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for machine upkeep and improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in extrusion operations, preferably in flexible packaging.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
