A leading MEP Engineering Company in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, possessing good English language skills, and a willingness to be relocated to Ajman or Sharjah.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites.
- Manage a team of electricians and ensure the quality and efficiency of their work.
- Interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Maintain documentation of work progress and materials used.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in the construction industry.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be relocated to Ajman or Sharjah.
