Social Media/content Co-ordinator

Responsible for working with our inhouse marketing team to co-ordinate the development of new content and support our Social Media Channel Lead in the implementation of social media plans, across all channels for haus & haus Group including; Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIN and YouTube, for haus & haus, haus & haus holidays and Breathe Maintenance.

The Social Media/Content Co-ordinator supports the Social Channels Lead to co-ordinate the execution and development of the required content, as per the agreed content calendar and business priorities.

Our large inhouse marketing team includes Graphic Designers, Videographers/Photographers, Copywriters and a Digital Advertising Manager. The Social Media/Content Co-ordinator will have exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, able to work across the marketing team to ensure content is executed in line with requirements.

Confident and outgoing, the Social Media/Content Co-ordinator will also be comfortable engaging with sales teams, management and other “talent” across the team, overseeing the production of content for the brand channel and also providing advice and guidance in relation to social media tools and content.

The Content Co-ordinator will help to develop shoot/production briefs for corporate content agreed in the Editorial Board, working with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure shoots are run efficiently and the appropriate output are produced.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Brief the inhouse creative teams - video, graphic design, copywriters - to develop content in line with the agreed plan. Co-ordinate approvals with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide proactive suggestions on alignment of content in-line with the content pillars and strategic plans for each channel
- Update weekly and monthly reports with latest stats and recommendations
- Provide guidance and recommendations to property consultants on maximizing personal social media
- Attend monthly content and channels meetings
- Using Monday, co-ordinate the development of agreed content with stakeholders required, including briefing team members.
- Create production schedules/scripts as required to ensure shoots are run efficiently and all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities.
- Attend shoots/podcast recordings to help direct talent, co-ordinate team members and ensure the agreed outputs are captured.
- Done is better than perfect - we strive for perfection always, but not to the extent that we slow down delivery of campaigns and miss the moment. You will be a gatekeeper of this and make sure we remain consistent with output volume and quality.

**Skills required**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of all primary social media platforms and how to get the best response from them (we typically cover Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn at the moment, but are always reviewing where to best reach our audience)
- Up-to-date knowledge of format requirements for each channel (file size size/ formats, cropping rules, text length etc.)
- Creative thinking - good design eye, understanding of best practice content styles
- Strong written and verbal English skills - ability to make simple scripting changes during shoots as required, able to provide clear and concise direction to stakeholders involved.
- Exceptional project management skills - ability to manage stakeholders and track tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and minimise duplication/wasted efforts
- Proactive and positive attitude - bringing new ideas, presenting solutions rather than problems and always looking for ways to improve.
- Team Player - whilst individual accountability is important, this role requires someone who can rally the team to achieve the required results.
