**Mortgage Advisor**

As a real estate mortgage advisor, your primary role is to assist clients in obtaining financing for their real estate purchases. This involves working with lenders to secure mortgage loans for your clients, helping them navigate the complex process of obtaining financing, and providing guidance and advice throughout the entire process.

Some specific tasks you may be responsible for as a real estate mortgage advisor include:
Assessing the financial situation of clients: You will need to review your clients' financial information to determine how much they can afford to borrow, what type of loan is best for their situation, and what interest rate they are likely to qualify for.

Explaining loan options: You will need to educate your clients on the various types of mortgage loans available to them, including fixed-rate loans, adjustable-rate loans, government-backed loans, and more. You should be able to explain the pros and cons of each option and help your clients make informed decisions.

Liaising with lenders: As a real estate mortgage advisor, you will act as the intermediary between your clients and the lenders, working to negotiate loan terms, answer questions, and ensure that the loan process moves forward smoothly.

Providing ongoing support: Even after the loan has been approved and the purchase has been made, you may need to provide ongoing support to your clients. This could include helping them refinance their loan, answering questions about their monthly payments, and providing advice on any financial issues that arise.

To be a successful real estate mortgage advisor, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate and mortgage industries. You should also be comfortable working with numbers and be able to analyze financial data to determine the best loan options for your clients.

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
