Position Overview:
The Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist will play a crucial role in developing content, making reels and taking pictures for our Beauty Lounge along with executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop creative, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase the Salon visibility and engagement.

Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports to assess campaign success and ROI.

Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, collaborations, and other growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years or more of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong creative skills with the ability to write compelling copy and create engaging visuals.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple task. Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

Creative mindset is a must.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Al ain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
