**Position Title**: Social Media Marketing Manager

**Position Summary**: We are is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms. The Social Media Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding online presence and optimizing social media campaigns to meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- **Community Management**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
- **Influencer Outreach**: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Develop and implement strategies to encourage user-generated content, customer reviews, and testimonials to enhance brand advocacy.
- **Social Listening**: Monitor social media conversations, trends, and feedback to gain insights into audience preferences, sentiment, and behavior.
- **Paid Advertising**: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, design, and sales, to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to keep social media strategy innovative and competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
