We are seeking a skilled and motivated Freelance Seller Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help onboard new sellers to our platform. As part of our growing e-commerce business, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through the registration, setup, and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to start selling successfully.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Seller Account Setup**: Assist sellers with the registration process, account creation, and profile setup on our platform.
- **Onboarding Communication**: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions on platform tools, policies, and best practices to help sellers get started.
- **Training & Support**: Offer virtual training sessions or materials to help sellers understand how to list products, manage inventory, set pricing, and use platform features effectively.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any technical or process-related issues that sellers encounter during onboarding.
- **Target based Incentive**: we offer performance-based incentives to reward the success and efficiency of the onboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer support, seller onboarding, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to explain complex processes in simple terms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.

**Contract Details**
- Project-based payment
