**Description du poste**:
Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project leaders should have a technical background as well as be skilled in business management, budgeting and analysis. Must have solid background in continuous improvement methodologies and practice - monitoring and improving organizational processes to ensure maximum efficiency. Excellent research and analysis skills to ensure that workflows are mapped and to remove waste and low-value activities - recommending best practice solutions. Guided by formal kaizen methodologies, incumbent must take the lead in implementing changes, acting as a leader and mentor throughout different areas of the organization.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Setting boundaries of the project with the help of the project sponsor
- Implement the structure of the project management (especially the decision-making body - ie Steering Committee)
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Implementing ambitious improvement projects using methods such as Lean Sigma
- Supervise projects led by Green Belts (or BB if MBB) and develop their skills
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Drive KPIs and continuous improvement across all department of the company.
- Responsible for deployment, implementation and adherence to the One Safran development management system.
- Responsible to manage the company projects and define budget, drive the investment.
- Responsible to implement standard particularly in production lines.
- Assists the MD for the company Road Map and to prepare the budget on line with production forecast.
- Train and coach the employee for Lean and continuous improvement
