Job Title: Female Tele Executive - Appointment Setting and Gift Collection

**Salary**: 2000 AED to 2200 AED + Incentive

Marital Status: Unmarried, Single

Freshers, Students who is having good communication skills can apply

Duty Time : 9 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Description: As a Female Tele Executive, your primary responsibility will be to contact families over the phone, inform them about complimentary gifts, and schedule appointments for gift collection. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. You will be representing the company and acting as a liaison between the organization and potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls: Initiate phone calls to families to inform them about complimentary gifts and explain the benefits and details.

Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for families to visit the venue and collect their complimentary gifts.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a polite and professional manner, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.

Relationship Building: Develop rapport with customers and maintain a friendly and helpful approach to encourage positive interactions.

Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to confirm appointments and remind customers of their scheduled visits.

Communication Coordination: Collaborate with other team members, such as gift receptionists, to ensure a smooth customer experience and seamless appointment execution.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned targets for appointment setting and gift collection.

**Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in customer service or sales will be an advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional phone manner. Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.

Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing roles is preferred. Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Persuasion and Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to influence customers in a positive manner.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules, follow-ups, and database records effectively.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor even in challenging situations.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
