**ELV Draftsman**

We are recruiting an AutoCAD Draftsman - ELV specializing in security systems. The role will includes the knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV systems, structured cabling, PA systems, Access control system, Audio systems, and other ELV systems.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Support the design department and project managers with necessary drawings from concept to handover
- Monitor and review shop drawings logs for each project, ensuring compliance with design requirements, contract specifications, and coordination with other disciplines.
- Preparing ELV systems AutoCAD drawings (CCTV System, Public address system, Access Control System, Structured Cabling etc. as per the client requirements and regulations.
- Take off quantity of ELV systems from the provided drawings.
- Attending site survey in accordance with the client's requirements.
- Ability to multitask and produce desired results in a deadline driven environment.
- Drawings timely completion / delivering the works before deadline.
- Assisting the sales team in understanding and assessing customer's requirements.
- Drawings, technical submittals & documentations must be completed according to the consultant professional standards.
- Preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, Schematic diagram, Installation drawings, SLD etc. as per the regulation and requirement
- Review and verify As-Built drawings related to the discipline as submitted by the client's contractor, ensuring coordination with the site inspection team to match all site changes.
- Attend site and technical meetings with Project Managers, subcontractors, and participate in weekly progress meetings.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 or more years’ draftsman experience in Low Current Security Systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, including advanced features and techniques.
- Experience with SSD (Single Line Diagrams) and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) drawing.
- Comfortable handling confidential information and documents.
- Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of Structure cabling and CCTV drawings will be preferred only.
