- Proficiency in denting and finishing techniques for a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment used in automotive body repair.
- Ability to interpret repair manuals and technical specifications to ensure accurate repairs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to execute precise repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
