Hvac Storekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of HVAC materials and equipment in stock, including quantities, descriptions, and locations.
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming HVAC deliveries, inspecting them for quality and quantity discrepancies, and documenting any issues.
- Storage and Organization: Ensure proper storage and organization of HVAC materials and equipment to prevent damage and ensure accessibility.
- Issuance and Distribution: Fulfill requisitions for HVAC materials and equipment from construction teams in a timely manner, accurately recording all transactions.
- Stock Control: Monitor stock levels of HVAC materials and equipment, replenishing as needed to meet project requirements.
- Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile actual inventory with system records and address any discrepancies.
- Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of HVAC materials and equipment and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment as needed to ensure functionality and safety.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the handling, storage, and distribution of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HVAC inventory, transactions, and equipment maintenance activities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and procurement personnel to meet project deadlines and requirements effectively.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
