Job Description: Driver (MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE) - SPORTS ACADEMY

Team Sports Services is a leading provider of Sports Academy programs for kids during school holidays. We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible driver with their own vehicle to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting children from their homes to the summer camp location and returning them back home at the end of the program.

**Responsibilities**:
**Safe Transportation**:Safely transport children to and from their homes to the designated summer camp location.
Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children during the journey.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

**Time Management**:Ensure punctuality by arriving at the designated pick-up locations on time.
Efficiently manage routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation of children to the summer camp location.
Coordinate with parents/guardians to communicate pick-up and drop-off times accurately.

**Child Safety and Welfare**: Provide a safe and secure environment for the children during transportation.
Follow appropriate safety protocols, including ensuring the use of seat belts and child safety restraints as required by law.
Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during transportation, following established procedures and promptly informing the appropriate individuals.

**Communication and Professionalism**: Maintain clear and professional communication with parents/guardians, summer camp staff, and other team members.
Display excellent customer service skills when interacting with children and their families, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of daily routes, pick-up/drop-off times, and any relevant information pertaining to transportation.
Complete any necessary forms or paperwork required for the transportation of children, such as consent forms or emergency contact information.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Own a reliable and well-maintained vehicle suitable for transporting children.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents/guardians, and team members.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic rules and regulations, prioritizing the safety of children at all times.
- Responsible and punctual with good time management skills.
- Ability to handle unforeseen circumstances or emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Clear understanding of child safety and appropriate protocols for child transportation.
- Prior experience in child transportation or related fields is an advantage.
