Looking for a full time coffee Roaster to join our company with 3 yrs minimum experience in specialty coffee roasting

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage day to day operations inside the Production area.Experiment and profile newly arrived coffee.
- Analyze current profiles and make arrangements as necessary to get the best result.
- Create and experiment blends based on beans available.
- Roasting and cupping coffee samples using SCA standard and maintaining records.
- Receive and arrange new green coffee beans.
- Ensure quality and consistency of every batch of roasted and packed coffee beans.
- In charge of month end inventory counts of green coffee beans and packaging material.
- Notify the management when the green beans inventory is low for stock replenishment.
- Comply to HACCP standards on coffee roasting process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
