**Reporting to**:Director

Offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect - Retail Design* to join the expanding team, this individual should have the ability to help conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.

You will devise the concepts and strategies for our projects and will monitor their progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.

This individual plays a critical role in ensuring the functions of the creative work, collaborating with Clients, Retail Delivery Heads to obtain knowledge of the requirements, and directing and motivating team members in helping them use their talents effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Collaborate with clients and the internal delivery team
- Direct and motivate teams to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a creative Lead/Head or in a similar creative role
- Hand-on experience in the creative process, retail design, shopfronts, and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as CAD, Revit, BIM, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

**You will need to be all of these**:
A Communicator: In written and spoken forms across time zones, nationalities, and online meeting platforms.

An Architect/Designer: Creativity, Elevate the Tenant shopfront designs, Passion for Retail Architecture.

A Project Manager: We do this for a living, so the bar is set high on spinning many plates and juggling to deadlines.

A Leader: The size and mix of internal and external people to help you will evolve, but however that looks, you will be leading them.

A Thinker: We love to unpack challenges and opportunities, and so will you.
