Front Desk Receptionist

Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Register new patients by collecting personal and insurance information accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring that appointment slots are filled appropriately and coordinating with medical staff to accommodate urgent cases.
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries or redirect calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims as necessary, following clinic procedures and guidelines.
- Collect co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances from patients, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain patient records and electronic health records accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as DHA.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies such as forms, brochures, and magazines.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and coordinating with other staff members to ensure efficient clinic operations.
**Qualifications**:
- With pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computer software.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Age requirement - 20 to 32 years old
