Otolaryngologist (Ft)

ENT stands for Ear, Nose, and Throat and is also known as Otorhinolaryngology, which deals with the surgical and medical management of conditions of the head and neck. Doctors who specifically specializes in this field are known as otorhinolaryngologists, otolaryngologists, head and neck surgeons, or ENT surgeons or physicians.

**Nature of the Work**:

- ENT Surgeons treat conditions like that affect the senses of hearing and balance disorders or other senses such as, smell and taste problems. They also treat patients with the conditions that affect their voice, breathing, and swallowing as well as those with head and neck tumours including the skull base and interface with the brain.

**Job Requirements**:

- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- American Trained

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Treating conditions of the ears, upper pharynx, and oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck.
- Treating nosebleeds, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, infected mastoids, and sinusitis.
- Assisting patients with a limited or altered sense of smell.
- Treating patients with tumors in the head or neck or patients with a defect in the ear, nose, or throat.

**Job Type**: Full-time Salary: AED 45,000.00 - AED 95,000.00 per month Experience - consulting: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:Dubai (preferred).
