- Entering and updating technical data in database and system.
- Maintaining accurate records of technical information.
- Assisting technicians, and other technical staff.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and client regarding technical inquiries or orders.
- Managing inventory of technical supplies and equipment.
- Ordering and tracking technical materials and parts.
- Scheduling and coordinating with the team and clients.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of technical projects.
- Generating and Compiling technical reports, summaries and presentations.
- **SKILLS**:_
- Knowledge of Using a CAFM System
- Experience with document management systems and database.
- Strong ability to manage and organize large volume of work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for liaising with technical staff, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to clearly convey technical information and instructions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Efficient scheduling and coordination.
- Good customer service skills for interacting with clients and suppliers.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities as needed.

2 years UAE Experience (Preferable)
