Job Title: Real Estate Photographer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to join our dynamic real estate company. As a Real Estate Photographer, you will play a vital role in capturing high-quality images of properties to showcase their best features and attract potential buyers. Your visually compelling photographs will contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the company and help our clients make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Property Photography: Conduct on-site photography sessions of residential and commercial properties, capturing images that showcase the property's best features, including the exterior, interior, and key amenities.

2. Composition and Lighting: Utilize your artistic eye and technical expertise to compose visually appealing shots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and angles to highlight the property's unique selling points.

3. Equipment and Tools: Operate and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting equipment, and editing software, ensuring they are in excellent working condition for each shoot.

4. Editing and Retouching: Enhance and retouch photographs to optimize image quality and overall presentation, ensuring accurate representation of the property while maintaining a natural look.

5. Image Selection: Review and select the best images from each shoot, considering factors such as image quality, composition, and adherence to brand guidelines.

6. Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of edited and finalized images to meet project deadlines, working closely with the marketing or sales team to align with their requirements.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the real estate agents and marketing team to understand their vision and requirements for each property shoot, ensuring that the final images align with the company's brand and marketing strategies.

8. Image Organization: Maintain an organized library of digital images, including proper labeling, categorization, and archiving for easy retrieval and future use.

9. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technology in real estate photography, ensuring continuous professional development and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your photography skills and ability to capture architectural and interior design elements.
- Proficient in operating professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) to produce high-quality images.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and image editing techniques to create visually compelling photographs.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to showcase a property's unique features and characteristics through photography.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality images within deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into captivating images.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends, property staging techniques, and an understanding of the target market is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel to different locations for property shoots.
