**Scope Of Work**:

- To look after the over all responsibilities of Digital Media, Social Media, Communication, Brand building & lead generation by coordinating with Digital Agencies.
- Website Management, optimization & Transformation
- On-page optimization, keyword setting & URL setting
- Social Media Optimization, Management & Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing, Push notification
- Traffic Analysis & Customer Journey
- Lead generation, sales conversion & ratio analysis

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate/ Diploma in Digital media/ SEO is essential
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in corporate in Digital Media Planning, Execution,
- Knowledge on Website Optimization, SMO, SEM, SEO, SME, Google Ad-word, Organic and paid campaign through Digital Agency.
- Experience in E-commerce, Service company, Product based company is desirable.

**Responsibilities**:
**Website**
- Must have experience in coordinating Keyword planning, keyword setting, URL setting, on page optimization, web campaign.
- Must have proficiency in impression, traffic analysis, search optimization, bounce rate analysis and customer experience in website.
- Must have basic knowledge of off page optimization to run SEO campaign.
- Experience in bidding, ad-word, campaign, posting & on page optimization is highly desirable.

**Lead Generation**
- Must be accountable to generate leads through organic and paid marketing.

**Social Media**
- Proficiency in social media traffic analysis, posting, banners, traffic analysis and social media paid campaign through Social Media agencies.

**Affiliate Marketing**
- Analyzing marketing trends amongst competitors and suggest right affiliate marketing socies for effective lead generation.

**Marketing Strategy**
- Coordinate with management and prepare the right strategy for marketing after leads are being generated through different campaigns and ads.

**Media planning Buying**
- To prepare monthly and quarterly media spends v/s lead generation ratio.
- Select right digital media campaign and digital spend strategies to accumulate more and more traffic.

**Media Activation**
- Must have experience in communication strategy to activate campaign, posting, promos, add campaign, Lead generation campaign and paid marketing.

**Content Management**
- To design suitable contents and campaigns for website and social media.
- Guide the creative designer to design creatives in line with the theme.

**Tools**
- Must have worked in Keyword planner, Google Analytics, Social media analyzer like Zoho social, Hut sweet, Bird eye and Traffic Analytics

**Agency interface**
- To connect with Ad agencies, Market trend analysis, hunt competitive media rates in market, Negotiation with Ad agencies, Forming of SLAs, Define service commitments in line with business needs.

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication skills.
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Can make concept presentation of designs & campaigns).
- HTML Coding will be an added advantage.

**Reports**
- Develop Traffic reports, Lead generation reports, Conversion reports and plan v/s achievement reports.

**Experience**:

- Digital Media Planning & Execution: 1 year (required)
- SEO, SMO, SEM, SME: 1 year (required)
- Web Optimization, Google-Ad word: 1 year (required)
