Plumber (Fm)

**We are urgently hiring Plumber to work in UAE.**
- Inspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and related equipment within company facilities, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and respond to plumbing-related issues to prevent and minimize system failures.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate solutions to restore functionality quickly and efficiently.
- Review blueprints, technical drawings, and facility plans to understand the layout and identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies during all plumbing activities.
- Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and repairs; track and manage expenses related to plumbing work.
- Maintain accurate records of plumbing maintenance and repair activities, including service requests and completed work.
- Coordinate with other facilities staff and external contractors for major repairs or upgrades as needed.
- Communicate effectively with facility occupants regarding plumbing issues, repair schedules, and preventative measures.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored; report any malfunctions or issues with equipment.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and advancements in plumbing systems.

**Requirements And Skills**:

- 2+ years experience in maintenance (FM Company)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to interact with customers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
