**Responsibilities**:_
- Provide leadership and direction to the maternity care team
- Ensure the highest standard of care is provided to all patients
- Oversee the management of labor and delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation standards
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- **Qualifications & Experience**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Diploma in Midwifery
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital set-up, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- **License / Registration**:_
- Valid DHA License / Eligibility Letter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
