**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Developer and Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
- Strong understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
- Strong design portfolio showcasing real estate or similar industry projects.
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles specific to real estate websites, such as property search functionalities and virtual tours.
- Experience with integrating 3D models or virtual reality solutions on websites.
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, MySQL) is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management or real estate CRM platforms.
