Roles & Responsiblities
- To achieve slimming results via the highest standards of excellence maintaining customer satisfaction as the core
- To ensure service excellence as per Center’ Protocol
- Meet & counsel clients regularly, with special focus on clients who are not achieving planned weight loss
- Ensure that biochemical parameters of medical clients along with lab reports are maintained monthly. An upkeep of all necessary biochemical documents of medical clients
- Analyse and send the Daily Monitoring Report (duly complete & accurate) to Centre Manager & ATH. Implement necessary changes to improve execution at the Center
- Maintaining Records
- To regularly conduct quality audits for the Center to ensure that the SOP’s are being followed
- Resolve escalated client issues and proactively target and reduce possibility of causes of complaints by customer
- To closely monitor weight loss performance and ensure slimming team’s coordinated effort to improve success rate
- Check appliances on monthly basis & resolve technical issues with support from ATH / Category Head
- Plan and execute in-house & outdoor events to keep clients motivated and come in regularly
- Maintain hygiene and grooming of staff, cleanliness calibration & upkeep of appliances and the slimming section.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met within services and comply with Health & Safety Legislation
- Ensure all slimming programs are executed within their respective validity periods
- Share action plan to improve OSR with Center Head / ATH / Slimming Category Head
- Achieve OSR goals & to review monthly OSR targets versus achievement
