A client service representative at an advertising company is responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided. The job description of a client service representative typically includes the following responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and be available to answer any questions or concerns they may have.

Build and maintain relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by regularly checking in with them and providing updates on projects.

Understand client needs: Understand client needs and expectations by actively listening to their feedback and asking probing questions to ensure that their needs are met.

Coordinate with internal teams: Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, media, and production, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Manage project timelines: Create and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Prepare proposals: Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch new business or provide updates to existing clients.

Monitor campaign performance: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions.

Resolve issues: Resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project and work with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions.

The qualifications for a client service representative at an advertising company typically include a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, experience in client service or account management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UAE: 1 year (preferred)
