- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- **Ability to cook Kerala food including meals, curries, and other traditional food in its authentic and homely taste**:

- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
- Supervise and manage kitchen team and ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Establish processes to reduce costs and wastage
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

**Experience**:

- cooking: 3-5 years (required)

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
