Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to join our large and esteemed polyclinic in the UAE. The Polyclinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the polyclinic to ensure smooth and efficient processes. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the healthcare industry. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the polyclinic's goals and objectives.
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the polyclinic, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff to ensure optimal performance and workflow efficiency.
4. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure quality patient care and excellent customer service.
5. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the polyclinic.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies, suppliers, and government authorities.
7. Oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
9. Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
10. Continuously improve operational efficiency by ensuring the effective use of technology and innovative solutions.
11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements and recommend new approaches to enhance the polyclinic's services.
12. Handle any customer service and patient complaints in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a healthcare facility.
3. Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
6. Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
7. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.
9. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to handle pressure and make decisions under tight deadlines.

**Salary**: 12000 - 15000 AED dependent on experience
Must be able to commute to Al Shafar Building 7, Al Wasl St in Dubai
