**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare sales quotation, make sale calls, and visit customers on-site.
- Visit Potential customers and provide quotations and proposals.
- Handle Clients Enquiries and Feedback
- Pricing the tenders and preparing the technical and commercial offers/submittal.
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
- A clear demonstration of segmenting a market and a strategic approach.
- Experience in the cleaning industry will be a plus.

**REQUIREMENTS: -**
- Proven Business Development experience within FM Soft Services in the UAE Market
- Vast exposure to Facilities Management practices & solutions
- Strong business account management & sales approach with strong business management practices.
- Valid UAE Driving License

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- business development manager: 3 years (preferred)
- Business Developments: 3 years (preferred)
