Our Middle East Finance Department is now seeking a talented, passionate, and energetic Finance Intern to join the Controlling & Accounting team.

Location: Dubai

Duration: 6 months

The Role:
The Finance Intern, as any member of the team, has an opportunity to have a 360º vision over our Finance department. Development and engagement are the main characteristics of the role as he/she will be working closely with both Controlling and Accounting sides of all YNAP Group brands.

The role requires someone rigorous and detail-oriented with good communication skills as the role is very interactive with all Finance teams across the Group, based in Italy, United-Kingdom, and United States of America.

What you will be doing:

- Support the Controlling Team on the day-to-day activities
- Produce Weekly and Monthly Commercial/Retail Reports
- Support Accounting Team with AP Postings and Accounts Reconciliations
- Process Monthly Shipment Billing
- Support with the Monthly P&L Preparation
- Implement new reports using BI tools
- Support on the monthly closing activities
- Assist the team in ad hoc projects as required

What are we are looking for:

- Highly motivated, passionate, and eager to learn individual
- Good communication skills and collaborative attitude are a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be a plus
- Knowledge in BI tools will be a plus
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving environment and to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve finance processes
- Preferably enrolled student in their last year of master’s or fresh graduates with majors in Finance, Accounting and/or Business administration
- Previous experience within the field is preferred
