We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Digital Marketing Account Manager** to join our team and help us take our client success to the next level.

**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will oversee client relationships, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage performance-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and executing tailored strategies that maximize performance across digital channels, with a strong emphasis on **Google Ads** and **performance media**. Your ability to foster strong client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and negotiate effectively will be key to the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Campaign Management**: Lead the execution and optimization of performance media campaigns, with a primary focus on **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with clients to define and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with their business objectives.
- **Performance Optimization**: Continuously analyze campaign performance, using data and analytics to drive improvements and deliver measurable results.
- **Negotiation & Upselling**: Utilize your negotiation skills to manage client expectations, handle objections, and identify opportunities for additional services or budget increases.
- **Reporting & Communication**: Provide clear, concise, and insightful reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and actionable insights.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (creative, analytics, etc.) to deliver integrated campaigns and high-quality results.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **performance media** management, with a strong focus on **Google Ads** (Google Ads Certification preferred).
- Exceptional **customer service** skills with a track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Strong **negotiation skills** with the ability to handle client objections and secure renewals or upsell opportunities.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, display, social media, and paid media.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Background in e-commerce, real estate, or other performance-driven industries.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking/measurement tools.
