Currently, our **Market Making Department** is in search of a **Trader Executors for Evening and Night shifts**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute trades and transactions in accordance with established market-making strategies and guidelines
- Collaborate with MM Department teams to ensure coordination and support for market-making activities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cryptocurrency market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting market-making operations
- Support and maintain market liquidity by actively managing order books, spreads, and trading volumes to ensure smooth market operations
- Control execution of trading strategies tailored to specific client needs and market conditions

**Requirements**:

- Fluent Russian skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Responsibility, analytical mindset, systemic thinking
- Fluent speech and ability to conduct business correspondence in English
