**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mobile Battery Replacement**:

- Ride to customer locations to diagnose car battery issues.
- Replace car batteries efficiently and safely.
- Test electrical and charging systems to ensure proper functionality after replacement.
- Dispose of old batteries in accordance with environmental regulations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- Explain the battery replacement process and provide maintenance tips.
- Answer any questions or concerns customers may have regarding their vehicle's battery and electrical system.
- **Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and inventory on the bike.
- Ensure the bike is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and inventory used.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling and replacing car batteries.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all service locations.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Assist with other mobile services as needed, such as jump-starts or minor mechanical repairs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in automotive battery replacement or related mechanical work is preferred.
- Experience with mobile service operations is an advantage.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
- **Licenses and Certifications**:

- Valid driver's license or bike riding permit as required by local regulations.
- Certification in automotive repair or maintenance is a plus.
- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move car batteries and other heavy objects (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 pounds]).
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Comfortable riding a bike in various weather conditions and traffic situations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed primarily outdoors and at various customer locations.
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on service demands.
- Uniforms, bike, and necessary tools and supplies will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,850.00 per month
